About us

Having bought, managed and grown my own portfolio of residential properties, I know I have a deep understanding of the service landlords and tenants are looking for and so decided to open a business offering the same love and care that I give to my own portfolio to you, as either vendor, purchaser, landlord or tenant/prospective tenant.

We are focused on providing a truly excellent service, exceeding all others. We promote integrity, transparency and fair dealings. I am a qualified accountant and hold both ARLA and NAEA Technical awards.

We hold professional indemnity and client money protection insurance and are members of ARLA, NAEA, TDS, and PO. We are also registering with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 and NALS.

Our rental department is now open with our sales and conveyancing department to open later in 2011.

Two of my interests are interior design and Feng Shui. Having taken many Feng Shui and Interior Design courses, I now hold a Feng Shui Practitioners certificate. So using us, you can arrange a letting, get your property 'house doctored' and have the property pages of your tax return all completed by the same business!

Assisting me with the business is the lovely Harshini who is also a Bow Quarter Resident. She comes to us with much love and professionalism.

She is a delight to be around and we are very lucky to have her.

We love The Bow Quarter. It's special to me for a number of reasons, but mainly as both my granny and great granny used to work for Bryant and May as match girls.

As you can imagine, living here gives me a unique insight into the development and we often hear of properties becoming available long before they come to the open market.

Simply Bow Quarter is a small, friendly business, built on old fashioned values of quality, service and value for money. Supported by state of the art technology and a sound, detailed knowledge, professional qualifications, insurances and trade memberships. We have advertised opening hours but can be flexible to suit. If I'm around I will always pick up the phone to talk to you out of 'official' hours.

Simply Bow Quarter is so much more than a business, it's my passion.
